For Chimol/ Pico de Gallo: Tomato, Onion, Jalapeno (or Bell Pepper if you don't like spice), 1/2 Lime, Salt, Pepper, Cumin to taste

For Tomato Sauce: 1 Spoonful of the Chimol/ Pico, 1/2 cup of Tomato Sauce, 1/2 cup of Chicken Broth, Salt, Pepper, Cumin to taste

Pink Sauce: 1 Tbsp Mayo, 1 Drop of Mayo, 1/2 Tbsp Ketchup, 1/2 Tbsp Hot Sauce, 1/2 Tbsp White Vinegar, Dash of sugar & All Purpose Seasoning

  1. Wash the chicken very well
  2. Cut the chicken into desired pieces
  3. In a bowl of chicken broth, cumin, and vinegar, season the chicken with cumin, vinegar.
  4. Add salt to taste
  5. Allow to rest for about ten minutes or more.
  6. In a pan, heat the oil for frying and prepare the flour.
  7. Marinate the chicken before frying it till golden brown.
