- Soak the ants for 30 minutes in this salt water bath. Allow them to soak in the refrigerator.
- Drain the water and use paper towels to dry the ants. Sort them into equal groups.
- Fill a saucepan or deep fryer halfway with the oil of your choice. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (176 degrees Celsius).
