- Using a ladle scoop the mixture and pour it into the pan spread and allow it to cook
- Let cook till you see the edges dry and bubbles formed turn and allow it to cook on the other side.
- Let one side cook till it becomes brown then turn the other side.
- Remove from the pan
- Repeat the same procedure for the rest of the mixture
- Serve when cold with Tea.
